We are a small family agency. My name is Tom Nelson and I am the agency owner. I have worked at the agency since 1970. My son Elliott joined us in 2012. We currently have two other employees, Keren Bondi who has been with us since 1977 and Sara Ceballos who has been with us since 1998.
Hallmark Insurance Associates, Inc. is an agency specializing in insuring small businesses. We insure about 2000 service contractors including janitors, carpet cleaners, window cleaners and lawn maintenance firms. Many large brokers and agencies will not even bother to quote polices for these types of businesses. Since we specialize in this, you can call us knowing that we will do everything we can to help you get your business insured.
Because we insure so many of these small businesses, when you need a quote we can often get it for you the same day. Rest assured that we understand your industry and have experience in providing insurance for it.
We take pride in the fact that when you call us one of our staff answers your call directly, not a computer. Then all you have to do is tell the person answering the phone what you’re calling about and they willl transfer you to whoever can help you. We also have staff that speak both English and Spanish.
